A variable is a property of a statistical unit. The page is divided into several boxes, one for each variable, where you can select values by click to highlight one or more values. From 1997 information is available about the number of completed dwellings each year and the number of dwellings under construction by the end of the year. The number of residential buldings that were started to build during the year depends on two dimensions: 1) The number of residential buildings under construction at the end of the year and 2) the difference between the number of buildings that were completed by the end of the year and those that were under construction in the previous year. For example, for buildings that were started in 2021, the following rule applies: Begun during the year 2021 = Under construcion in 2021 - (under construcion in 2020 - Completed in 2021).
