Results for the question on how easy or hard it is finding information on public authorities' websites, are presented as percent of those who sought out information on such websites twelve months prior to the survey. In the year 2009 data was collected in April instead of February as in past years. The data collection now takes place at the same time as the tax returns. This seems to influence responses to the question on returning filled in forms to public authorities, even thought the reference period is 12 months prior to the survey.
