Included in Total are cases that cannot be assigned to individual police jurisdictions and most of them fall within the category other offences and are registerd by the National Commissioner of Police and the Office of the Prosecutor General. These cases were 199 in 2002, 165 in 2003, 138 each year 2004 and 2005 and 82 in 2006, 188 in 2007, 290 in 2008, 347 in 2009, 206 in 2010, 337 in 2011, 205 in 2012, 276 in 2013, 228 in 2014 and 326 in 2015. These cases were excluded in 1999 and 2000, 213 in both years.
