It is clear that the availability of accommodation is not stable over the year and it is difficult to estimate the exact availability and utilization of accommodation space. According to Airdna.co data, most of the properties are leased out 1-3 months (38%) per year, but the fewest (15%) are leased out 10-12 months a year.
