Results are based on Eurostat's Labour Cost Survey. The Labour Cost Survey is a four-yearly survey.
Results are based on sample of firms and municipalities with ten or more employees. The sample also covers all government employees that work for institution with ten or employees.

The economic activity Professional, scientific and technical (M) are not fully covered, therefore breakdown is not published in that sector.
