Now you have come to the page, Choose variable. This page give you the oportunity to select which variables and values you want to display in your result of the table. A variable is a property of a statistical unit. The page is divided into several boxes, one for each variable, where you can select values by click to highlight one or more values. It always starts with the statistics variable which is the main value counted in the table.

The table displays annual averages and annual changes for the December 2021=100 base. Annual average is compiled for measured index values for January to December each year. The index house, which is measured is a three story high apartment building located in the capital area. The house has an open-air corridor with 18 apartments each equipped with parking space in a garage which is partly below ground level. In addition there is an asphalted parking space on the roof of the parking garage, from which the building is entered. The house is constructed with both in situ reinforced concrete and pre-casted concrete units. Internal walls are plastered. The house is equipped with an elevator. Landscape is finalized with a flat lawn, shrubs and a playing yard.
