The Job Vacancy Survey is conducted quarterly with a reference date in the middle of the second month of each quarter. This date is considered to be typical for the quarter.
The target population of the survey are all legal entities in the Icelandic labour market that employ at least one individual. The number of occupied jobs is derived from Statistics Iceland’s labour force register. Please note that the figures are temporary and can change over time. Due to rounding of counts in the table, discrepancies can occur between the estimated ratios and the displayed counts.
