Árið 2022 voru eftirfarandi sveitarfélög ranglega flokkuð í bundin kosningahátt við útgáfu veftaflna 15. maí 2023, en hið rétta er að í þeim fór fram óbundin kosning. Sveitarfélögin eru Hvalfjarðarsveit, Skorradalshreppur, Eyja- og Miklaholtshreppur, Dalabyggð og Fljótsdalshreppur.
