Hours worked per week: Average total hours worked in the main and second job among persons who were at work during the reference week.
Hours worked in full-time employment: Average total hours worked in the main and second job among persons who were at work during the reference week and usually work 35 hours or more per week.
Hours worked in part-time employment: Average total hours worked in the main and second job among persons who were at work during the reference week and usually work 1–34 hours per week.
Usual hours worked per week: Average usual weekly working hours among employed persons.

Results from the Labour Force Survey from 2021 onwards have been recalculated using a more precise method for classifying individuals by labour market status, in accordance with the definitions of the European Labour Force Survey (EU-LFS). The update makes use of additional information from the survey when assessing labour force participation and job search, including information on occasional work and methods of active job search. The change has a minor impact on previously published results but causes a break in the time series between 2020 and 2021.
